Exterior:
The property is completely fenced in, the pool area is furnished with chairs and lounges, there is a barbecue in the garden area where a large walnut tree provides a shaded picnic area with table and chairs.

Interior:
The structure is built on three floors with two separate, but communicating apartments: one large apartment and a small apartment fitted for the disabled. The smaller apartment is on the ground floor and includes a living room-kitchen with fireplace and 3-seat sofa bed, TV, double room, bathroom with shower and washing machine; internal stairs lead up to the first floor. The main apartment is on the first floor and can also be reached from an outdoor stairway. There is a large area which includes the living room with 2-seat sofa bed, satellite TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and fireplace, bathroom. There are two double bedrooms upstairs: one furnished with an armchair that opens into a bed, a single room with an extra bed, bathroom with tub; there is an additional bed available. All of the rooms in the large apartment have a TV (connected with the satellite TV in the living room).
